Doug Pratt

Originally from Albany New York, I moved to Wilmington in 1987 to Attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I graduated with a degree in Physical Education. I taught in Pender and Greene Counties before moving into the Mortgage Banking Industry in 1997. Before moving to Monarch Mortgage, I have originated Loans, Managed operation centers and Owned mortgage Companies. As a Resident of Southport and Oak Island since 2006, I have experience and knowledge of the ever changing and growing local Real Estate climate. I am active in networking and philantropic organizations in the area; Business Networking International- President, Brunswick Housing Opportunities- Finance comittee, SE Brunswick Civitans Organization- Secretary, Dixie Youth Baseball, Boy Scouts, and Generations Church.
